    For no-template control reaction: 

    Add 1 uL of 10X LAMP primers and 1 uL of H2O to 10 uL of DirectLAMP-H2O.

     

    For test reaction:

    Add 1 uL of 10X LAMP primers and 1 uL of test sample to 10 uL of DirectLAMP-H2O.
