Our breakthrough discovery of an inhibitor to nonspecific amplification of primer sequences in the absence of a template has enabled us to develop new DirectLAMP products for LAMP amplification and detection.
Our DirectLAMP reagent products will eliminate nonspecific amplification in your no-template controls (NTCs) and thus prevent false positives in your LAMP detection and diagnosis.

To use our products, you simply add one volume of your 10-12X LAMP primers and one volume of your test sample to ten volumes of the DirectLAMP reagent and incubate the reaction mixture at 63-65°C for 2 hours.
The amplification or detection result can be readily interpretated by naked eye. No color change is negative, and a red-to-yellow color change is positive.
